1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large onion, peeled and diced

1 carrot, peeled and diced

3 teaspoons MasterFoods Crushed Garlic

1 can crushed tomatoes

500g lamb strips, diced

1 teaspoon MasterFoods Marjoram Leaves

2 tablespoons MasterFoods Tuscan Seasoning

1 cup white wine

1 can chickpeas, drained
Method

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a heavy based casserole dish over medium high heat.
